Shipping: We offer a variety of delivery methods to suit your needs. For domestic shipping within the UK, you can choose from Royal Mail Next Working Day, Royal Mail 1-3 Working Days, or DPD Next Working Day.
For international shipping, we use Royal Mail International, with a flat rate of £12 per country outside the UK.
Returns: Customers can get a full refund if they return the product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original, unopened shipping box. Once we receive and check the return, we’ll process the refund.

Hair looked great initially after it dried, but the frizz started to creep in by the evening. Next day my hair was a stiff, tangled, knotted mess. This product absolutely did not hold up to its claims. I asked for a refund on the basis but was essentially told it was either due to damaged hair, other products, or the application.
My hair is very healthy, all I used was a good quantity shampoo and conditioner, and I applied as instructed.
I would recommend trying literally anything else.

How to use
Divide wet hair into small sections. Apply the cream to the hair, brushing it through, starting from the bottom to the top sections. Scrunch each section to the roots. Air dry for 15 minutes, then blow dry with a diffuser.
